The best kind of love is the type that grows. The type that evolves from liking each other good enough to be friends. Growing up and experiencing ups and downs, and everything in between. Creating tons of amazing memories, build respect that only comes from true understanding of each other. Trying to ignore the sparks building up around you. Until you finally realize that what you’ve been looking for has been right in front of you the whole time…..your best friend. That’s exactly what happen to our couple Aldenise and Jerome. Aldenise and Jerome met under unusual circumstances. They have been best friends for 25 years and never wanted to mess up their friendship. They made a pact that if they were not married by the time they were a certain age, then the two best friends would get married. Jermone ask Aldenise for her hand in marriage on July 22, 2021.
What do you remember about the proposal?: I was working at an airline and was having a bad day due to some issues with a customer. Jerome was sneaking around the house setting the table with flowers, food, beer, and wine. It was beautiful!
What do you love about each other?: Aldenise: I love the fact that the man that has been my best friend all these years is now my lover and husband to be. Jerome: The fact that she loves me and we have a long history together is what I love about us.
What do you like to do together?: We like to travel and spend time together. Our favorite place to visit is the Bahamas sitting on the beach without a care in the world snuggled against each other.
