Kevin and Lorie

Kevin and Lorie met at their Alma Mater, Morris College, many years ago. They were reacquainted during their homecoming festivities. Which led to their first date March 8, 2019. Since that time, they have been together. We like to ask our couples a few questions to share on our blog about their love story.
Where did he pop the question? Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2022.
Where did he pop the question? Victor’s Restaurant in Florence, SC.
What do you remember about this day? Kevin-I was very excited and punctual, ensuring everything was in place. Lorie- Kevin was rushing me to get dressed and to be on time for our reservation.
Tell me about the proposal. The proposal occurred at the end of our dinner. The hostess and wait staff were aware of the proposal and were on board with the plans. The food and the atmosphere were perfect. I proposed to Lorie by telling her how much she meant to me and how happy she made me. While doing so, I retrieved the ring from my pocket and presented it to her, asking her to be my wife. We both overcome with emotions at that time as we expressed our feelings towards each other. It was truly awesome! Later that evening, we were excited to share the wonderful news of our engagement with our family and friends.
What do you love about each other? We are God-fearing, caring, and compassionate towards each other, with unconditional love!
What do you like to do together? Shop, Dine, Ride Bicycles, Watch Movies, Travel, and attend Church.
