It brings me so much joy to share this beautiful couple’s love story. Laqueta and Bryce were introduced by a prestigious and private online dating site. This dating site is where Bryce found his wife to be. He started writing Laqueta every day for weeks, telling her that he wanted to meet her. After Laqueta saw all the requests from him, she decided to write back. There were many conversations on where their relationship was going so, they decided to exchange numbers. Only after a few weeks they met in person, and this is where the love story begins…
The Proposal:
Bryce said he decided to pop the question on December 15, 2020, at the Bluegreen Seaglass Villa in Myrtle Beach. I remembered being so nervous that entire morning. I had decorated the balcony with balloons and red roses for my queen. I left the balcony to start making breakfast and decided that I did not want to wait any longer. I went to into my suitcase and pulled out the ring. I told her how much she changed my life, confessed my love to her and I asked Laqueta to be my wife. Of course, she proudly said, YES!
Laqueta remembers taking pictures outside on the balcony with the decorations Bryce surprised her with. After taking pictures, Bryce led her to her seat for breakfast after he finished cooking. I thought he was getting our food to eat to bring out to the balcony but when I looked he was on one knee expressing his true love to me with a beautiful ring, he asked me to marry him.
Engagement Session:
This session was so beautiful it was completed in the same day period. The location was Hampton Parking in Charleston SC, one of the city’s largest parks. It boasts the most extensive floral display of any park in the city. The images captured the love between Laqueta and Bryce in their engagement photos that anyone could see how much love they have for each other.
What do you love about each other? I love that I can be myself with Bryce and the way he looks at me. He makes me feel like I’m the only girl in the world so beautiful (despite my scars). He simply makes my heart melt. Laqueta makes me want to be the best person I can be regardless of my many roles in my life.
What Do You like to do together? We love to sing, travel, watch movies and cook together. OMG, and of course we love to laugh together.
